If the menu says "Free User", visit again. In the menu that appears, confirm that it says "Team Deluxe" under your name. In the upper right, select your initials (for example, "GG" for Goldy Gopher). The ScreenPal - University of Minnesota page appears. Go to and log in with your University of Minnesota Internet ID. In the upper right of the ScreenPal menu, select your initials (for example, "GG" for Goldy Gopher). You may need to select ^ (Show hidden icons) to find it. Windows: In the Windows taskbar at the bottom of the screen, select Screencast-O-Matic. macOS: In the menu bar at the top of the screen, select Screencast-O-Matic. If you are a past user of Screencast-O-Matic, quit the app before downloading and installing ScreenPal: Refer to ScreenPal's Transition FAQ for more information. In March 2023, Screencast-O-Matic rebranded to ScreenPal. Avoid Publishing to Save to Desktop Instead.
